Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. While most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, delivery delays beyond our control may occur.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Shopexis BV is responsible for the order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once in transit, Shopexis BV is not liable for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If your package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders): International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Shopexis BV reserves the right to deny returns if the product is not in resellable condition.
  • Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Custom-made or personalized products
    • Digital products
    • Opened hygiene or security-sealed items
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Shopexis BV. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Shopexis BV is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If the order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting customer support.
